What’s Covered:
Vehicle and Repairs: We’ll repair your vehicle as listed in the estimate, covering specific services.
Parts Payment: You’ll pay for all parts upfront before we start the repair work. If additional parts are needed, we’ll get your approval and payment first, as required by Indiana law.
Labor Payment Plan: The labor cost will be financed by us. You choose a payment plan—weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Please select and initial your preferred option when signing. Late payments may include a small fee, per Indiana law.
Storage Fees: If you don’t pick up your vehicle within [3] days after we notify you that repairs are complete, a daily storage fee of $10 per a day will apply until paid.
Our Rights: If payments are not made within [30] days after notice, we may repose your vehicle or sell it to cover unpaid costs, as allowed by Indiana law. We’ll notify you in writing if this step is needed.
Warranty: Labor is warranted for [e.g., 90 days or 4,000 miles], and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. We’ll fix any covered issues at no extra cost.
Approval for Changes: Any additional repairs or costs will need your written approval first.

Termination: You can cancel this contract with written notice if we don’t meet our obligations, but you’ll owe for any parts, labor, or storage fees already incurred.
Damages: We’re not responsible for vehicle damage due to events beyond our control (e.g., theft, fire).
Returning of vehicle: You’ll get your vehicle back once all parts and storage fees are paid.
Legal: This contract follows Indiana law, and any disputes will be handled in Marion County courts.
